EUnetCCC
The European Network of Comprehensive Cancer Centres(EUnetCCC) is a major EU-funded initiative aimed at enhancing collaboration among European Comprehensive Cancer Centres (CCCs). The project is part of the EU's Europe Beating Cancer Plan, and involves 31 countries across Europe in a joint effort to improve cancer research, treatment, and patient care.
ICGI's Role in EUnetCCC
The Institute for Cancer Genetics and Informatics (ICGI) at Oslo University Hospital (OUS) contributes to Work Package 8 (WP8) of the EUnetCCC project. Our specific responsibilities include:
- Developing web solutions, collaboration tools, and database solutions to support the project's objectives.
- Contributing to the establishment of a common framework for quality certification of CCCs.
